Why wait any longer?
We are pleased to offer Catholic parishes and organizations the opportunity to be part of our Pooled Investment Program. The program is intended to be used as an investment tool for ministries seeking to invest and grow their funds over a multi-year period. The program is well suited for a capital project and also for accessing earnings for operations or projects as needed.

Getting Started

To start a new account first gather the following:
- Governing body approval and resolution to invest funds with WCMF.
- Bishop's approval based on the financial health of your parish and planned uses of funds.

- Send items to [email protected].
- Complete the New Account Application
- We will then send over our investment agreement for your signature.
- Mail a check made payable to Wyoming Catholic Ministries Foundation with your desired new investment account name in the memo to P.O. Box 227 Cheyenne, WY 82003

Deposits
To make a deposit into an existing investment account, complete the steps below.
- Complete the deposit form to let us know a check for your account is on the way
- Make the check payable to Wyoming Catholic Ministries Foundation
- Write your project ID in the memo
- Mail your check to P.O. Box 227 Cheyenne, WY 82003

Withdrawals
For all withdrawals from an existing investment account, complete the withdrawal form.
*If you intend that the fund continue in perpetuity, we recommend that you withdraw no more than 4% annually.
Once we receive the form, a check will be mailed to you.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the transaction.

Reallocation
To reallocate pooled investment funds, complete these steps:
- Please complete the transfer form, indicating that you would like to reallocate invested funds.
- Indicate the investment account number that you are transferring from, and choose the new, desired allocation (short-term or long-term).
Please allow 7-10 business days for the transfer to be completed.
